DIRECTIONS FOR APPLICATION:

STEP 1: HOW TO MIX ACTIVATOR AND CREME RELAXER
IMPORTANT: Activator liquid must be mixed with creme relaxer before applying to hair.
1. Use the woodenspatula to make a hollow center in the creme relaxer jar.
2. Pour entire contents of activator bottle into relaxer creme jar. Thoroughly mix until the mixtureis smooth and has a uniform color. Whitestreaks in the relaxer creme mean that you msut continue to mix. The relaxer creme is properly mixed when the mixture is smooth and creamy with an even uniform color. Do not allow mixture to stand for more than 40 minutes prior to use.

STEP 2: PRE-RELAXER TREATMENT & RELAXER APPLICATION
1. Carefully detangle hair with large tooth comb.
2. Part hair into 4 section, down the middle and form ear to ear.
3. Applya small amount of scalpGuard pre-relaxer protectant directly to scalp. Continue making small aprts in each section applying scalpGuard until the protectant has been applied to the entire scalp.
4. Put on protective gloves
5. Set timer as indicated by strand test and the timing guide.
6. Start applying the relaxer creme mixture in the back sections. Make small 1/4 inch partings and apply relaxer with the back of the wide tooth comb or with your fingers. Complete each section and elave the hair line edges for last.
RE-TOUCH FOR NEW GROWTH
1. If hair has been relaxed BEFORE, APPLY ONLY TO THE NEW GROWTH. Never apply sooner than 6 weeks foloowing her last treatment.
2. Avoid spreading relaxer mixture on previously relaxed hair.
APPLICATION MSUT BE COMPLETED WITHIN 5 TO 8 MINUTES.

FOR UNRELAXED HAIR/ VIRGIN HAIR
1. Spread down the entire length of the hair strands, section by section.
2. USING A WIDE TOOTH COMB, Carefully comb through each section to insure even coverage. DO NOT tug, pull or force comb through tangles.

STEP 3: SMOOTHING
Smoothing the hair improves straightening.

Shipping Policy

Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days and shipping times are 1-5 business days, in most cases (the total time to get your package may be 2-8 business days). Orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and APO/FPO locations can take up to 3 weeks. We normally ship using services offered by the United States Postal Service (USPS).

STANDARD SHIPPING usually takes 5-8 business days to reach its final destination. Shipping fee is calculated based on the the total weight of your cart.

We ship to all 50 states in the USA and to APO/FPO/DPO addresses abroad. Items are sent from our warehouse located in Floral Park, New York on a daily basis (Monday-Friday).
BTYBOX.com reserves the right to switch the shipping method to a more economical option for overweight packages.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.


DOT restrictions on air shipping
The U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) prohibits air shipment of items that may contribute to a fire or other mishap during shipping.

Restricted items include:
Aerosol-type products or medications in pressurized spray cans, such as hairspray, shaving cream and inhalers. Products that contain flammable, volatile or corrosive chemicals, such as fragrances, nail polish remover and bunion treatments. Pharmapacks.com is committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible, but also safely and responsibly, in compliance with DOT rules. That's why we require ground only delivery for orders that contain DOT restricted products.

Address Corrections:
In the event that a package is returned to us marked as undeliverable, we reserve the right to charge the customer an additional fee upon confirmation of the corrected mailing address and our resending the package. Note: Fee to be the actual cost of shipping. 

 

Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase please notify us.
Returns and exchanges will be honored accompanied by a return/exchange approval within 30 days of the purchase date.
Buyers are responsible to return the merchandise in 30 days upon approval. Please contact in advance and notify us of your return/exchange.
Products must be in original condition and must be accompanied with the original product packaging.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Any damaged item must be notified and requested for return within 4 days of delivery. Refunds will be issued at the BTYBOX's discretion.
When issued, the credit will be applied to the same credit card or method the original purchase was made.
Please note that a refund will only be issued once the return product is received by us.
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charge is not refundable. Ineligible return items will only be returned at the buyers cost.
Buyers are responsible for the shipping charges for the undelivered packages due to invalid shipping information. www.BTYBOX.com

We provide free return shipping if we have provided you with an incorrect, damaged or defective item. Otherwise a return shipping fee will apply (in addition a refund of only the product price not including the initial shipping charge will be credited).
There is a 15% restocking fees for voluntarily returned items that are opened, used, or no longer in salable confition (unless order is in excess of $500.00, which is considered special order, in which case there is a 50% restocking fee).
We do not refund shipping charges if you refuse to accept packages sent. Please call BTYBOX.COM Customer Care to arrange for the return of products ordered.
Any package that is refused or undeliverable due to insufficient address is also subject a refund less shipping.
Your refund or credit will be issued within 30 days of your return being received—we will also confirm the refund by email. For any product that is damaged or defective, please have the following information handy:
